Cookies are small files stored on a device. Browsers can also store information locally. We use these technologies only as described below.
2. Essential storage
Essential storage supports account authentication, security, booking continuity and remembering your cookie preference. The website stores the preference under gcc_cookie_consent_v1. Supabase may use essential session storage to keep signed-in users authenticated. These functions are necessary for the service and do not require optional analytics consent.
3. Optional analytics
Optional Google Analytics code is designed to load only after a visitor selects “Accept analytics” and only if a measurement ID has been configured. When enabled, analytics measures page visits, booking steps, quote submissions and checkout handoffs. Our custom events exclude names, email addresses, photos, notes and booking references. Account, password-reset and admin pages do not load analytics. Google Analytics is enabled only after you select “Accept analytics”. Automatic enhanced measurement and advertising personalisation are disabled. Google processes consented usage data; learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
4. Stripe Checkout
Booking online does not require payment. If you use a separately arranged Stripe payment link, you leave our website for Stripe Checkout. Stripe may use cookies or similar technology needed for payment, fraud prevention, security and any optional Stripe features you choose to use.
5. Change or withdraw your choice
Use to change your choice. Selecting “Essential only” stops optional analytics and removes its cookies without clearing your account or booking details. You can also manage site data through your browser settings.
